If the tour is not visible in the app
- Check if the filter button is off:
- Check if the tour is visible in CMS under the tab 'Historic' or 'Dashboard'. If it's not there, check if the tour is uploaded in the Control Tower;
- It is advised to log into the account that is not seeing the tour with another device. Is the tour still not visible?
- Check the accepted or the completed tours. The tour may have been completed (by accident). If the tour has been completed, you can re-open it by clicking the blue arrow. The tour will be re-opened and will be available for the right driver to accept it.
