Issue: I have to log in again during my tour and my GPS signal gets lost.
There are various explanations for why the app logs out automatically. It is important that this is solved because the tour can only be visible if App2Track remains logged in.
When App2Track automatically logs out, this may be due to the settings of the Android device. See a simple instruction for this (click on your device):
As for iPhone, it is important to make sure App2Track has permission to access the current location. This is done by following the 5 steps below:
- Open the telephone settings
- Go to "Privacy"
- Switch on the 'Location settings'

4. Find 'App2Track' in the app list below
5. Allow access to location 'Always' (this prevents the GPS from falling out)
If your device is not listed, choose the device type that comes closest. In most cases, the instructions will match.
